By downloading, installing, or using Stack Performance (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of the App and website at stackperformanceapp.com.

2. Description of Service

Stack Performance is a performance tracking application designed for fitness and athletic use. The App allows users to log workouts, nutrition, supplements, compounds, bloodwork, recovery metrics, and access AI-powered coaching features. Stack Performance is provided by Stack Performance ("we", "us", or "our").

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Stack Performance. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 17 years of age to use the App.

4. Subscription and Billing

Stack Performance offers a 7-day free trial followed by a paid subscription. After the free trial period, your chosen subscription plan will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies.

5. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Stack Performance is a tracking and logging tool only. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Information provided through the App, including AI coaching features, is for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, or supplement regimen. We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from use of the App.

6. Compound and Supplement Tracking

Stack Performance includes tools for logging compounds and supplements. This feature is provided for personal tracking purposes only. We do not endorse, recommend, or encourage the use of any specific compound, peptide, or supplement. Users are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding any substances they choose to log. Stack Performance assumes no liability for any consequences arising from the use of any substances tracked in the App.

7. User Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Stack Performance. By using the App you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. 8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its systems; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or objectionable content; share your account credentials with any third party.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Stack Performance including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software are the exclusive property of Stack Performance and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stack Performance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
